Meet Bella Soul

Andrea found her love for hair when she was 17, now 25 years later, her passion for it is just as strong.  

In 1998, Andrea started her apprenticeship in Spokane.  She came to the west side in 2006.  In 2011 she went on her own and started Soul Hair Design in Lynnwood.  Over her career she has attended classes from Vidal Sassoon, Rusk, TIGI, Michael O'Rourke,  Sam Brocato and Vivienne Mackinder.

Andrea was an educator and makeup artist for Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics.  This gave her the opportunity to travel the state, offering education in other salons and events. 

Andrea's interests vary, looking forward to new creative challenges.  She tries to perfect each service that she offers.  She has the confidence to cut a bob to perfection or creating an avant-garde design.  Give her the power to completely change your look and she will dance with excitement.  Andrea loves special occasion looks and has dabbled in photo shoots.  She is sensitive to the clients' needs and feels that when trust is developed, she will do her best work, putting in her heart and soul.

Bella Soul is formerly Salon Essentials in Edmonds.  We are currently a 4 chair salon that offers haircuts to men, women and children, hair color, facial waxing and special occasion styling.  There is street parking, and is usually not too crowded.  Bella Soul is just blocks away from Main street and the water.  Include a nice lunch or walk with your visit to the salon.

Andrea of Soul Hair Design and Gloria of Bella Voi have recently moved to Edmonds, creating Bella Soul.  They are in the process of combining their businesses but currently operate independently.
